Snacks

We or our partners would never sell you expired snacks. If you're worried that your snack has expired, send us a clear photo of the product along with expiration date to support@snackse.com so we can look into it.

Refunds

Because the snacks sold on our marketplace are perishable and sometimes have short shelf lives, all products purchased through snackse.com are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returned orders/items.

If your order has been delayed and hasn't arrived from within 14 days from the ship date, please reach out to support@snackse.com. Missing or lost orders must be reported within 14 days from the shipping confirmation date to be eligible for reimbursement.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, so if you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@snackse.com for assistance. 

Returns

Shipping

Our snack makers ship everywhere in Canada and/or the United States, based on where they ship. 

Orders are shipped directly by our snack makers to ensure the freshest, and most direct supply from maker to customer.

Please allow up to two (2) business days for our snack makers to ship out your snacks.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number for each package. If you’ve ordered multiple snacks, note that you will receive multiple shipping notifications for all of your items.

If your order contains a variety of snacks from multiple snack makers, your products may be shipped at different times. Each item is shipped separately from each snack maker you’ve purchased from. Rest assured, you are only charged one combined shipping fee for all the items in your order. You'll be receiving a shipping notification for each shipment in your order.
